Last updated: November 2, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Bookly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details (full name, email and phone number) when registering.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Wallet and payments

Services are paid from your Bookly wallet. A service can only be created when your wallet balance is sufficient.

Deposits can be made automatically through our payment partner or by manual bank transfer. Manual deposits are credited after review. Fraudulent or unverifiable deposits may be rejected.

5. Refunds

Where a service cannot be completed, the amount charged is returned to your wallet. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Bookly for unlawful activity, to submit false information or documents, or to interfere with the platform. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Tracking information

Tracking pages show scheduled progress based on the information available to us and are provided for convenience.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bookly is not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by third-party carriers, airlines or providers.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
